We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfumes

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges in case of:

• Damaged product

• Incorrect item received

5. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs

• In case of damaged or wrong item, we will cover the shipping cost

6. Order Cancellation

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
